3. Transit Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 6–8 business days depending on your delivery location within the United States. Remote or rural addresses may experience slightly longer delivery times.


4. Total Delivery Time

From the time you place your order to the moment you receive it, the estimated total delivery window is 7–10 business days.


5. Shipping Fees

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. There are no hidden shipping or handling fees for standard deliveries.

Express or expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost upon request.

You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment status. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund according to our Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.


10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, our support team will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply for resending packages to corrected addresses.


11. Lost or Stolen Packages

Petgeara is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
