At Petgeara, we value your trust. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or simply doesn’t meet your expectations, we make sure the return or refund process is fast, fair, and easy. Our goal is to deliver full satisfaction every time you shop with us.
Return Eligibility & Time-frame
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
The item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Free from damage, stains, or alterations
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order number
Items marked as “Final Sale” or custom orders are not returnable unless defective.
How to Start a Return
To initiate your return:
- Email us at support@petgeara.com
- Include your order number, item(s) to return, and a short reason for return
- Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and authorization (if eligible)
Return Shipping
- Damaged or defective items: We cover the full return shipping cost.
- Change of mind returns: You may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
A tracking link may be provided where applicable to monitor the return shipment.
Refunds
Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
- Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days depending on your financial provider.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange:
- You may exchange for another product of equal or lesser value.
- The replacement item will be shipped after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before shipping. After dispatch, the order must go through the standard return process.
Product Condition Guidelines
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging
- All original accessories, manuals, and included parts must be returned
- Products returned in non-sellable condition may not qualify for refund or exchange
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts:
- Contact support@petgeara.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible
No Hidden Fees or Restocking Charges
Petgeara does not charge any hidden return fees or restocking charges. Our return process is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly.
